国内最大級のECシステム構築におけるプロジェクトの計画・遂行・進捗管理
スケジュール、予算、品質、スコープの管理とレポーティング
ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整・進行ファシリテーション
リスクおよび課題の特定と対策推進
ジュニアプロジェクトマネージャーの育成
PMベストプラクティスの改善活動への貢献
