Position:   Production Specialist

Salary:       20,000 – 40,000 THB/Month

Location:   Free Trade Zone, Bangsaotong, Samut Prakan

Responsibilities:

• In charge of tablet inspection process and packaging process.

• Responsible for video inspection machine/ blister packing machine which includes machine preparation, operation, cleaning and take care of maintenance process. 

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure target outputs, quality, and safety compliance.

• Collaborate with the head of the production section and supervise the operators to implement workflow improvements.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare shift reports.

• Responsible for necessary work instructions and SOP preparation.

• Identify training needs and help develop operator capabilities.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, and Maintenance to resolve operational issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in pharmaceutical production or related field.

• Good leadership, good communication and good ability to manage the operator team.

• Strong understanding of production systems, safety standards, and quality systems (GMP, PICs/GMP).

• Fair English communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP usage).
