We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior HR Officer to spearhead our human resources efforts, aligning them with our organizational goals and nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

As the Senior HR Officer, you will be pivotal in shaping our workforce, boosting employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. This role presents a unique chance to lead transformative HR strategies within a dynamic and influential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and culture initiatives.

• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. 

   

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in HRD, HRM, and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the construction or related industry is highly preferred.
• Good in both English and Thai
