Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and team management.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and product feedback to Merchandising team 

  • Communicate with Chinese and Thai stakeholders, including suppliers, mall representatives, and internal teams.

  • Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.

  •  Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to meet sales targets.

  • Handle POS operations, cash transactions, and reporting.

  • Implement promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for effective communication.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability: Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
