このポジションでは、フィールドエンジニアチームの監督、設備の保守・修理、顧客サポートの効果的な実施が求められます。日本本社および現地顧客との調整を行うため、優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力が必要です。2～3年のマネジメント経験、実務的な技術スキル、そして積極的な姿勢が求められます。
職務内容
フィールドエンジニアチームのリード、管理、指導
検査・生産設備の保守、修理、トラブルシューティングの監督
予防保守スケジュールの計画と実施
技術的な活動や問題について、上層部への正確かつ迅速な報告
米国拠点と日本本社との主要な連絡役（英語・日本語両方で）
部品の物流、設備の整理、事務サポートの調整
品質や技術的な問題に関する顧客対応
安全基準の維持および運用手順の遵守
応募資格
技術職またはフィールドエンジニアチームの管理経験（2～3年）
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルの会話・読み書き能力
優れた機械的スキルと問題解決能力
基本的な工具や電気テスト機器（マルチメーター、ボルトメーターなど）の使用経験
実務を伴う環境でチームをリード・支援できる能力
優れたコミュニケーション力、分析力、対人スキル
最大50ポンド（約23kg）の持ち上げが可能であること
Microsoft Officeなどのソフトウェアに習熟していること
細部への注意力とチームでの協働能力

給与 USD 90,000-100,000
