小規模人数のマネジメント経験が数年あり、これからManaging Directorへのキャリアを進めたいという方を求めています。
職務内容
ドイツ拠点におけるP＆L（損益）管理全般
事業KPIの設定・遂行・管理
多様性のあるチームにおける企業文化の醸成と組織づくり
欧州全体を対象とした事業拡大および営業戦略の立案・実行
日々の拠点運営および管理業務
応募要件
2年以上のP＆Lマネジメント経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力および実務レベルの英語力
時差のある環境下での業務遂行能力
柔軟性があり、国内外の出張に積極的に対応できる方
成長意欲が高く、周囲を巻き込むリーダーシップを発揮できる方
下記はあれば尚良し：
技術分野におけるOEM営業の経験
ドイツ語スキル
電子部品・組込み分野、特にワイヤレス技術に関する実務経験
ドイツおよび欧州における法務・人事の知識や経験
産業・医療分野に関する市場知識

基本年間給与：150,000EUR／年迄
