Job Description: Property Consultant

Responsibilities
•Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
•Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
•Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
•Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
•Select and show homes and properties that meet client needs, help identify the best options, and assist client with redefining needs when necessary.
•Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
•Maintain and update listings of available properties
•Develop networks and cooperate with mortgage lenders, developers etc
•Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

業務内容

•売主・買主へのアドバイスを行い、最適な条件での売買・賃貸契約をサポート
•顧客のニーズと財務状況を把握し、適切なソリューションを提案
•市場動向や価格、住宅ローン、法的要件などについてのアドバイスおよび交渉の仲介
•市場分析を行い、物件の適正価格を算出
•顧客の希望に合った物件を選定・案内し、必要に応じてニーズの再定義をサポート
•契約書、リース契約書、権利書、クロージング書類など必要書類の作成
•物件リストの更新・管理
•住宅ローン会社や開発業者とのネットワークを構築・連携
•不動産市場や業界のベストプラクティスに関する知識の保持

Requirements
• Bilingual candidate required (English & Japanese)
•Minimum 2 year of sales experience
•Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A self-starter and a great team player
• Accuracy and attention to detail

•営業経験2年以上
•優れた営業力・交渉力・コミュニケーション能力
•大卒以上が望ましい
•自主的に行動でき、チームワークを大切にできる方
