プロジェクト提案・要件定義・基本設計など上流工程の推進
国内外の開発チームとの調整および進捗・品質管理
顧客との折衝（スコープ、見積、体制、予算調整）
オフショア開発を活用したリソースマネジメント
成果物のレビュー・納品責任、稼働後のフォロー
