【業務詳細】
・航空貨物輸送のコーディネート（フライトのブッキングなど）
・通関業者、配送業者との連携業務 ・輸入貿易事務(医薬品、治験薬、治験検体など)
・カスタマーサポート（現地事務所との電話対応）
※メール・チャット※英語を使用する場面もあります ・データ入力(社内システム使用／英語) ・物流納期の調整確認
・輸入規制チェック ・社内連携(営業／国内配送／海外チーム)
・書類作成(見積もり、発注書など)
・トラブル対応、緊急対応 医薬品輸出入(航空輸送)に伴う オペレーション業務をお任せします。
