Required Skills
①証券業務の監査経験のある監査人、あるいは、その素養のある人材
監査する上で証券業務に精通している人材で、現在の監査部として求める業務知識としては、以下のニーズが高い
・GM（エクイティ・デリバティブ・FICC等）の知見のある人材
・GIB部門、特に、IBバンカーの知見
このほか、公認会計士やCIAの取得者で監査業務経験者であれば、証券業務の知見をもとに判断予定
②海外現地法人に派遣できる監査人の素養のある人材
欧米の拠点に派遣する人材ニーズとして、英語力と監査の知見がある人材。こちらは派遣を前提としているため、証券業務の監査の知見がなくとも、語学力があり公認会計士等の素養があれば、1年程度、東京本社の監査部内で監査を経験した後、海外に派遣できる人材を希望
