• プライベートエクイティ、不動産、プライベートクレジットに関する取引実行、ライフサイクル管理、エグジット業務のオペレーションサポート
• ディールクロージングに伴うプロジェクト進行管理、関係部署との調整
• ローン契約書の精査、契約条項・財務提出義務などのモニタリング
• 取引登録、決済処理、資金管理、イベント進行の追跡業務
• 各種法規制・報告要件の対応およびコンプライアンスチェック
• 新規案件におけるオペレーション影響の評価と社内連携
• プロセス改善・効率化の提案と実行

A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join its private-side operations team in Tokyo. This role offers hands-on exposure to alternative assets, including private equity, real estate, and private credit. You will be responsible for supporting deal execution, transaction processing, and operational oversight across multiple asset classes in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

• Provide operational support across the full transaction lifecycle, including execution, trade events, and exits
• Manage timelines and coordination for deal closings with effective project oversight
• Review and analyze loan agreements to track covenants and financial deliverables
• Execute trade bookings, payment processing, funding, and monitoring of lifecycle events
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support new deals and business initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 金融オペレーション経験3年以上
• または、金融の他部署での実務経験が3年以上あり、プライベートサイドの知識があること

ソフトスキル：

• 自発性、セルフスターター
• スピードが速く、締切が厳しい環境についてこられること
• 任せられたタスクの優先順位を的確に見極めながら、責任感をもって業務をこなせること
• 優れた分析力と問題解決力、リスク感覚

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話）

• 不動産、プライベートエクイティ、プライベートクレジット等オルタナティブ資産の知識
• オルタナティブ投資商品のオペレーション経験
• ローン契約、財務条項のレビュー経験

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or a related area within investment banking
• Deep understanding of private-side businesses such as real estate, private equity, or private credit

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and risk-assessment skills
• Excellent project coordination and communication abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Japanese: Native-level fluency (written and spoken)
• English: Intermediate to Business level (for communication and reporting)

• Knowledge of alternative asset classes (Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit)
• Experience with loan documentation review or financial deliverables monitoring
