主な職務内容

  • 労務関連業務のプロセス改善と運用の最適化
  • 労務系プロジェクトの推進
  • 労働関連業務全般の統括と継続的な業務改善
  • 法改正への対応、申請書類管理、労働安全衛生の遵守管理
  • 健康診断、ストレスチェック、予防対策を含むウェルネス施策の運営

As a Labor and Compliance Officer, you will manage key HR compliance initiatives and labor relations workflows while contributing to a positive work culture for both local and international employees.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements and elevate HR operations beyond routine tasks
  • Lead and support labor-related projects, gaining experience in HR leadership
  • Oversee labor relations functions, ensuring smooth, compliant operations
  • Manage legal revisions, regulatory filings, and occupational health compliance
  • Coordinate wellness programs, including health checks and stress management initiatives

必須条件

経験・知識:

  • 労務または人事コンプライアンス業務の実務経験3〜5年程度
  • 労働基準法・労働契約法の基本的な知識
  • Microsoft Excel上級

ソフトスキル:

  • 問題解決力、主体性
  • チームワークスキル
  • 多様な環境に柔軟に対応する姿勢

語学力

  • 日本語:流暢
  • 英語:中級〜ビジネスレベル(メール対応ができるレベル)

  • 社会保険労務士(社労士)資格保有者歓迎

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in labor relations or HR compliance roles
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Law and Labor Contract Law

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email in English

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking mindset
  • Adaptability in a diverse, team-oriented environment
Language Requirements
  • Japanese: Fluent
  • English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in payroll processing or attendance tracking
  • Certified Labor and Social Security Attorney (社労士) is a plus
