インド人、日本人、韓国人、その他幅広い国籍のご家庭の幼児から15歳までのクラスで学ぶ子供たちのためのIBスクールを運営しています。子供たちの安全を最優先に置きながら、最高の教育体験を提供することをモットーにしており、最先端のIT/セキュリティで管理された施設を備えています。
今回の募集ポジションは、日本人教員として日本人、韓国人を中心とする幅広い国籍の児童、生徒への教育提供、主に日本人家庭を中心とした保護者対応に従事いただきます。
■職務詳細：
・日本および国際基準に基づいた教育プログラム開発・授業の実施。
・児童、生徒の学習進捗のモニタリング、個別のサポート。
・児童、生徒や他のスタッフとの異文化コミュニケーション促進、言語スキル向上のサポート。
・保護者との協力関係構築、児童、生徒の成長段階についての報告・連絡・相談。
※過半数の生徒は日本人、次いで韓国人、インド人、ヨーロッパ各国の生徒が在籍しています。
※学年構成比としては、幼稚園児～小学校低学年までの児童、生徒が大半を占めます。
