Roles and Responsibilities:- 

• Should have experience in manpower handling and co-ordinating with team members towards to achieve company goals.

• Monthly Production planning, Monitoring and scheduling of activities.

• Maintain "ZERO" PPM by following and implementing Quality basics.

• Should have hands experience in Robotic welding process.

• Analysis for defects/Scrap, taking temporary & permanent countermeasures.

• Conducting KAIZEN activities along with team members.

• Scarp/Rework reduction activities to reduce the COPQ cost.

• Implement Kaizen activities for work balance to improve productivity. 

• Continual improvement in daily production activity and team building activities.

• Good Knowledge in preparing Work Instructions.

• Maintain 5'S, waste reduction activities in shop floor.
