JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement environmental management systems in the industrial zone in accordance with legal regulations and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), including centralized wastewater and water treatment systems.

• Organize, identify, and obtain required environmental and operating permits for company’s development projects.

• Review and evaluate EIA reports prepared by consultants in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and other provinces.

• Assess the environmental impact of tenant operations and ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.

• Conduct internal and external audits and inspections related to environmental matters; coordinate with authorities and local communities to address environmental issues.

• Lead and supervise the Environmental team, promoting a productive and collaborative work culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience with centralized wastewater treatment plants.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiar with key environmental aspects in industrial operations such as wastewater, air emissions, and hazardous waste.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in English communication.

  • Strong skills in data analysis, risk assessment, and policy development.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and observation skills.

  • Report writing and documentation proficiency.

• Other:

• Preferably residing in Nghe An province.

• Under 45 years of age.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
