世界70か国以上で展開する日系消費財商品メーカーにおいて、シニアレベルのロジスティクス&セールスサポートスペシャリストを募集しています。ドイツ拠点は現在ドイツ以外のヨーロッパをはじめ中東やアフリカまで広範囲なエリアをカバーしており、代理店・ドラッグストア・小売店・Eコマースと、販路も拡大しています。ドイツ拠点は10名未満とコンパクトな組織ですが、全員がローカル採用かつ多国籍な社員が集まるインターナショナルな環境です。
職務内容
営業チームのサポート業務
B2BおよびB2Cの顧客コミュニケーションのサポート
サンプル準備、イベントや展示会の準備
売上、在庫などのデータ管理および分析、業務効率化
注文および請求書の処理、出荷対応（小売店、販売代理店など）
Eコマース顧客のサポートおよび在庫管理と倉庫マネジメント
価格表や製品データ、在庫予測をはじめとしたデータ管理および文書作成
日本本社との連携
応募要件
ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語必須（ドイツ語についてはあれば歓迎）
セールスアシスタントあるいは貿易関連ン業務での経験3年以上
高いMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint等)のスキル
コミュニケーション能力とチームでの業務遂行能力

勤務時間：9:00-18:00（休憩1時間）
有給休暇：30日
