PR/159034 | Project Sales Engineer (Wastewater_ EPC Projects)

Our client is well-established Japanese multinational company with a strong presence in environmental engineering is seeking Project Sales Engineer to support their expanding wastewater treatment business in Malaysia. The company provide end -to-end EPC solutions, from design and construction to commissioning and consultation for sewage & WWTP to various private industrial factories, private plant supplier, Indah Water and Sewage contractor locally and overseas.  

About the role: 
You will play a key role in developing technical proposals, design wastewater treatment plants and managing project related communication with clients, internal teams and headquarters in Japan. This is a strategic engineering position support project execution for sewage and industrial treatment facilities. 

Location to work: Petaling Jaya, Selangor 

Job Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include Plant construction engineer for Malaysia Environmental business in our client Malaysia Branch office. 

• Communicate with General Manager in Malaysia Branch, Sales or Engineer PIC in Malaysia Branch or Japan HQ (in English) to proceed sales for wastewater treatment based on HQ instruction and client requirement.

• Communicate with customer (Public and Private Customer) to get their requirement.

• Prepare strategy for each project proposal (wastewater treatment plant).

• Prepare plant design, plant proposal for customer and budgetary cost of the plant for sales.

• Discussion with customer for project progress matter together with Project Manager etc.
   

Job Requirements: 

• Degree in Civil Mechanical, Electrical Chemical or Biological Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Plant Engineering, preferably in wastewater or related fields
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office and project proposal preparation
• Experience in international projects is a plus 

• Excellent communication skills in English
