Company and Job Overview 
A multinational company specializing in parquet manufacturing, delivering innovative and sustainable flooring solutions, is seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist. This role is crucial in transforming our parquet manufacturing plant into a data-driven operation. By developing robust datasets, insightful dashboards, and accurate reporting systems, the Specialist will support both strategic and operational decision-making. The position emphasizes collaboration, live reporting, and fostering self-service BI capabilities while ensuring data quality and process standardization.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structured datasets and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic planning.

  • Standardize processes and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Utilize real-time analytics to generate actionable insights that enhance production efficiency.

  • Create datasets that empower stakeholders to generate self-service reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals.

  • Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate losses.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical skills for simplifying complex datasets and making data accessible to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI (Grafana familiarity is advantageous).

  • Affinity for finance-related data analysis.

  • Exposure to IT applications in manufacturing environments is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high data quality.
