This role is crucial in transforming our parquet manufacturing plant into a data-driven operation. By developing robust datasets, insightful dashboards, and accurate reporting systems, the Specialist will support both strategic and operational decision-making. The position emphasizes collaboration, live reporting, and fostering self-service BI capabilities while ensuring data quality and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structured datasets and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic planning.
Standardize processes and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Utilize real-time analytics to generate actionable insights that enhance production efficiency.
Create datasets that empower stakeholders to generate self-service reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals.
Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate losses.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills for simplifying complex datasets and making data accessible to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI (Grafana familiarity is advantageous).
Affinity for finance-related data analysis.
Exposure to IT applications in manufacturing environments is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high data quality.
