Company Overview 

Our client is an established precision electronics components manufacturing company located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor. This is a newly generated position. 

Job Responsibilities 

• To improve process and production yield according to company's goal.

•  To perform problem solving using 7QC Tools and SPC.

•  To handle product and process control based on 3-Sigma or 6-Sigma.

•  To perform root cause analysis and come out with action plan.

•  To be involved in process internal mechanical issues, jigs, die-set and machine operation.

•  To plan KAIZEN activity and testing together with Japan HQ.

•  Strategic planning in process rationalization

•  Conduct specification setting for new product code

•  Handle evaluation request (ER), external & internal CAR

•  Handle customer defect part

Job Requirements 

• Degree in Mechanical / Electronic /Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.

•  5-10 years experience in production or engineering in manufacturing industry.

•  Experience in AutoCAD and Visual Basic.

•  Good command of Japanese both written and spoken.
   

Benefits 

Basic + Allowance + 13-month salary + Bonus 2 times/year + medical coverage for dependent.
