Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s or PhD in Electrical, Electronic, Materials, or Engineering Science (preferred).

10+ years industry experience; 3-5 in business development or strategic planning leadership.

Experience in Semiconductor fabrication, equipment development, or local enterprise growth is a plus.

Project management experience in R&D, technology, or operations.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, decision-driven mindset.

Proven ability to influence decision-makers.
