Job Description
We need a Data Analyst who can turn complex data into useful insights to help our business succeed. You'll design, develop, and improve data solutions to make better decisions and work more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Understand and document business needs to create effective data solutions.
Build dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making.
Work with data engineers, scientists, and business teams on data projects.
Ensure data solutions are high-quality, secure, and well-governed.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data analytics.
Skilled in Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
Proven leadership in mentoring, managing projects, and BI initiatives.
Strong English communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience in working with different teams to deliver data solutions.
