Qualifications
2-5 years’ experience in steel, metal sheet, or related experience
Knowledge of laser cutting machine, punching machine, bending machine, and roll-forming machine is very well.
Knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
Knowledge of equipment and systems is appropriate to the related discipline
Skill in applying engineering principles and procedures
Able to use MS office, Auto CAD.
Job description
Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the fabrication quality plan, including the fabrication machines, processes, and equipment.
Improving overall processes and related issues, including process development.
Creating process documentation.
Acts as liaison between engineering and manufacturing on fabrication-related issues.
Conducts and/or reviews fabrication-related failure analysis, Problem solving, and program management.
Adheres to established standards, policies, and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, and safety.
Responsible for the FAI submission until the FAI is completed
Works closely with the Manufacturing Engineer and Production to ensure the manufacturability of components before release to the Mass production phase.
