Position:           IT Manager

Location:          Amata city Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and lead IT team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Actively participate in global projects initiated by JP HQ, Production Systems, Accounting Systems, ERP implementation, and Infrastructure Systems.
• Oversee all aspects of internal IT operations within the manufacturing environment.
• Network Infrastructure: Build, review, and maintain the company's IT network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to protect company data and systems from internal and external threats.
• Manage company computers, software applications, and ensure their efficient operation and maintenance.
• Maintain network infrastructure, software applications, devices, ERP system, data center, and other critical IT assets.
• Provide efficient and effective IT troubleshooting and support to end-users across the organization.
• Update existing IT systems and implement new systems and technologies based on business requirements and requests.

• Collaborate with JP HQ to design, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with global standards.

   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT experience within a manufacturing company.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading an IT department or team.
• Daily conversational level proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with network infrastructure, security protocols, and relevant software systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, particularly in a production environment.
• Experience with accounting software systems.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure concepts and tools, including: IPSCAN (DHCP management, intrusion detection), FortiGate (VPN configuration and management)
• IT Asset Management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi Access Point management, preferably with Cisco equipment.
• Proven experience in participating in global IT projects, including effective liaison and communication with Headquarters (HQ).
