Position:   Production Manager

Salary:       40,000 – 70,000 THB/Month

Location:   Hi Tech Industrial, Ayutthaya

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Control Production: Define production targets, create work schedules, and allocate resources (personnel, machinery, raw materials) efficiently.

• Manage Production Processes: Ensure production adheres to standards, troubleshoot issues arising in the production line, and improve production processes.

• Control Quality: Supervise the quality inspection of raw materials and finished products to meet specifications.

• Manage Teams: Delegate tasks, provide training, evaluate performance, and motivate team members.

• Ensure Safety: Inspect and maintain a safe working environment.

• Coordinate: Communicate with relevant departments such as Purchasing, Sales, and Engineering.

• Report Production Results: Collect and analyze production data to report to management.

• Control Costs: Manage production costs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Strong knowledge in steel industry or machinery manufacturing. 

• Experience in Automotive or any related industrials
