A successful Director Business Development should have:

• 5 years+ experiencce in Business Development in related industry such as CRO, Life Science
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to develop strategic business development plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
