Job Description
As part of our localization team, you’ll play a key role in helping our games reach fans worldwide. This role goes beyond translation—you’ll also support various aspects of the game development process.

Key Responsibilities:
・Translate and proofread game text from Japanese to English
・Perform in-game checks of English text
・Create and translate project documentation
・Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
・Help define the localization direction and strategy for new projects

Contract Duration
Renewable contract based on performance and ability Maximum contract duration of 2 years (up to 3 renewals), with the potential for full-time employment

Salary
Annual salary between ¥4,044,000 and ¥6,000,000 Salary adjustment based on performance review twice a year Regarding employment type, you may be offered a position as a full-time or contract employee There are opportunities to transition to a full-time employee

Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Required Skills

Requirements

Must-Haves:
・Native-level English proficiency
・Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2
・A genuine passion for Japanese and Western games, manga, and entertainment

Nice-to-Haves:
・Experience localizing games, anime, or other entertainment content
・Deep knowledge of global pop culture (TV, movies, games, etc.)
・Strong interest in mobile games
