＜新規事業創出・経営戦略にかかるプロジェクト＞
① 国内外金融DX動向、法制度動向の調査研修・提言
② 中期経営戦略・デジタル戦略・IT戦略策定支援
③ 決済領域の新規事業機会調査・研究、事業企画・開発支援
④ 金融×非金融の新規事業・サービス企画（例：ヘルスケア×金融）
⑤ 金融機関における地域企業DX支援スキーム構築
＜モダナイゼーション・デジタル戦略実行にかかるプロジェクト＞
⑥ 保険会社モダナイゼーションに合わせたオペレーション改革・オーナー部門支援
⑦ 基幹系システムのモダナイゼーション支援
⑧ 銀行・保険会社等におけるデジタルを活用した業務改革支援
⑨ リース会社の業務改革。基幹系システムのモダナイゼーション支援
