主な職務内容

• グローバルおよびリージョナルチームと連携し、ECAファイナンス案件の執行をサポート
• JBIC、NEXIなどのECAと条件調整、ドキュメンテーション、承認手続き対応
• クレジットペーパー、リスク評価、社内メモ、財務モデルの作成
• 実行後の取引モニタリング（ウェーバー対応、CP/CS管理、ドローダウン、返済対応）
• ポートフォリオ報告、社内リスク・コンプライアンス対応業務
• クライアントとのやりとりを通じてリレーションシップマネジメントを支え、将来的な案件開拓や会社の成長に貢献すること

A globally recognized corporate and investment bank is seeking an ECA Finance Associate-VP to join its Tokyo front office. This position focuses on the execution and monitoring of ECA-backed cross-border infrastructure transactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with global deal teams and external institutions like JBIC and NEXI, playing a vital role in supporting structured finance execution, risk compliance, and future deal origination in a high-performing environment.

• Support execution of ECA-backed finance transactions with regional and global teams
• Liaise with ECAs (JBIC, NEXI, etc.) on structuring, documentation, and approvals
• Prepare credit papers, internal memos, risk assessments, and financial models
• Monitor transactions post-execution: waivers, drawdowns, CP/CS tracking, repayments
• Provide portfolio reporting and support internal risk and compliance functions
• Assist in client relationship management and contribute to business development

必須条件
経験・資格：

• ECAファイナンス、ストラクチャード/プロジェクトファイナンス、または法人営業のいずれかの実務経験5年以上
• ストラクチャリングの専門知識
• クレジットプロセス、各種ドキュメンテーションに精通していること

ソフトスキル：

• 優れたステークホルダーマネジメント能力、コミュニケーション・スキル
• チームワーク
• 自ら手を動かして仕事を先に進めていく積極性
• 複雑なディールプロセスを的確に管理する連絡調整能力

語学力

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル
• 英語： ビジネスレベル（社内調整・書類作成等で必須）

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ECA finance, project/structured finance, or corporate banking
• Strong understanding of financial structuring, credit process, and transaction documentation
• Background at JBIC, NEXI, DBJ, or major Japanese megabanks preferred

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level (fluency required for internal coordination and documentation)

• Knowledge of ECA deal waivers, documentation processes, and post-deal compliance
• Experience in client-facing roles and pipeline development within global markets
