コンポーネント製品、FAカメラ
●業務と役割
・製品の顧客問合せ対応
・製品の技術対応 開発仕様書指摘・指導、マニュアル製作・指導
・製品マニュアル ライセンス管理
・製品トラブル 顧客対応、不具合解析・処置
・製品保守部品の管理・メンテナンス
・業務手順書作成・更新
・業務フローの整理・メンテナンス
・トラブル処理方法のマニュアル化
・データ解析、ログ解析方法の習得と実対応

・組込機器製品の生産技術or開発orアフターサービス経験（3年以上）
※生産上の問題・課題を抽出、対処の経験のある方
※開発の仕様書・図面を読み理解でき改善提案の経験のある方
※組込機器製品：電気/ソフトも含まれたシステム製品
・業務上の課題抽出し、立案・施策対応で組織・サービス対応の経験
・国内外出張が可能な方
・英語（ビジネス会話レベル）

・サービス開発（自社／他社問わず）の経験のある方
・製品開発者で、製造現場と製品立上げ経験のある方
・海外出張し顧客とビジネス、もしくは顧客現場対応経験のある方
・客先にて顧客応対（トラブル対応、製品説明等）の経験のある方
・電気システム系の開発経験、ソフトウェア開発経験がある方
