同社にて射出成形金型及び樹脂製品の立ち上げ業務に従事頂きます。
【具体的には・・・】
・金型メーカーへの依頼、折衝
・製品試作、検証、顧客との精度・形状・品質等の仕様打合せ
・量産立上げまでの金型修正
・金型不具合改善
・人員管理・教育推進
・新規金型メーカーの開拓
・品質目標管理、計画と結果分析、改善活動
【組織】
海外工場（従業員：60名程度） 日本人駐在員（2名）
【成形機】
ファナック製（15t～100t）
■入社後の研修に関して■
ご入社後、同社の製造・販売に関する知識習得の為の研修がございます。
（研修期間：1ヶ月～3ヶ月程度（目安）。本社にて就業頂く予定です）
