■概要
・全固体電池の研究開発をお任せします。
量産を見据えた先行開発・研究開発に力を入れています。
・固体電解質や電極、セルおよびモジュールの設計・開発、およびこれらの製造プロセスに関わる技術開発をご担当頂きます。また、チームメンバーと協力して製品化・量産化に取り組んで頂きます。
■具体的な業務
1. 固体電池の開発に関わる業務全般
（1） 固体電解質、電極、セルおよびモジュールの設計・開発、
製造プロセスの設計・開発、評価解析などの業務の推進
（2） 設備など研究開発インフラの構築に関わる業務の推進
2. 固体電池の製品化を見据えた製造技術の開発、設備導入および
品質・歩留まり向上に関わる業務の推進
3. 上記に必要な社外連携先との協業、および中国本社との連携に関わる
業務の推進
4. 中国への出張対応および開発・立ち上げ支援に関わる業務の推進
ご経験や適性に応じて業務を担当して頂きます。
※ リチウムイオン電池の開発・製造のご経験を有する方も歓迎
