■同社の新規事業にて技術開発及びその他付随する業務に従事頂きます。
【具体的には・・・】
・金型設計
・新素材を用いた射出成形の研究業務
・市場動向、営業戦略からのニーズに応じた新規製品の検討、自発的提案によるシーズ開発
・射出成形機による試作品の製作
・開発活動におけるデータ蓄積、データ解析業務
・実証実験、顧客へのプレゼンテーション資料の作成業務
・社内開発部門や製造部門との調整、社内関連部門への展開
・社内（上長、経営層）へのレポーティング業務
※国内外への出張有り

・製造業の研究開発部門にて、製品開発のご経験がある方
【歓迎】
・機械工学、材料工学の知見をお持ちの方
・射出成形、金型業界の経験知識をお持ちの方
・射出成形機の操作経験をお持ちの方
・分析装置（CAD、CAE）、SEM、X線CTの操作経験をお持ちの方
・製紙業界（主にパルプなどの材料、パルプモールドなどの立体成形物） の経験と知識を持つ方
・知的財産関係（主に特許出願、意匠）の経験と知識を持つ方
・営業活動・研究活動において、海外メーカーとの議論を英語で実施できる方
