【想定される業務内容】
・連結決算
・監査対応
・HD全体のAccounting Policy策定、展開とそのオーナーシップ
・HD全体の経理戦略策定とその実行
・海外含む各事業会社の経理チームとの密接な連携
・経理業務のプロセス改善
・各部門との連携による経理業務の最適化
・M A案件に関するDDサポートとPMIサポート
・その他、必要と思われるHD経理業務
※近年グローバルでのM A、JV立ち上げ等も加速しており、将来的には海外法人のFinance責任者として着任いただく可能性もございます。
