主な職務内容

• CI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築・運用
• DockerおよびKubernetesを活用したコンテナ環境の最適化
• Ansible、Chef、Puppetなどを用いたインフラ自動化
• 開発チーム・運用チームと連携し、デプロイ信頼性の向上に努めること
• クラウドプラットフォーム全体の監視・トラブルシューティング・可用性確保

Drive cloud automation and DevOps innovation at Japan's largest internet service company. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of a global team managing large-scale deployments that power eCommerce, fintech, and digital services. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable systems and working in a tech-first, automation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for scalable software delivery

• Maintain and optimize container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

• Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability

• Monitor and troubleshoot systems across cloud platforms to ensure uptime

必須条件

• 商用環境でのDevOpsエンジニア経験7年以上
• PythonまたはBashによるスクリプト経験5年以上
• DockerおよびKubernetesの高度な運用スキル
• Ansible、Chef、Puppetのいずれかによる構成管理経験
• 日本の就労許可（必須）

語学力

• 日本語：初級レベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウドプラットフォームでの運用経験
• GitOpsやTerraform等のIaCツールの知識
• Prometheus、Grafana、ELK等の監視ツール使用経験

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps experience in production environments

• 5+ years of scripting experience in Python or Bash

• Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid experience with configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

• Must currently reside in Japan with valid work authorization

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Basic level

• English: Intermediate to Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in enterprise settings

• Knowledge of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for monitoring

• Strong problem-solving abilities in agile development environments
