大手有名自動車メーカーにて海外人事担当の募集がございます。海外出向、海外出張関連の処遇管理や運用オペレーション、BPO含むベンダーマネジメント業務を主導いただきます。英語力を活かしてご活躍いただけます。

職務内容:
- 海外出向関連のグローバル人事制度の日本リージョンにおける制度運用・プロセス開発業務
- 日本から海外への出向および海外から日本への出向受入に関する業務
- 海外出張関連の処遇管理や運用オペレーション
- BPO含むベンダーとの連携業務
応募要件:
- 事業会社におけるHR経験5年以上（給与・福利厚生・海外関連いずれかの経験）もしくは、グローバルモビリティ（海外出向制度の企画等）BPO経験5年以上
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- 英語力（英語で電話会議ができるレベル、TOEIC850点）
- 従業員数が数百名規模以上のグローバル展開する事業会社での経験歓迎
- TOEIC900点歓迎
