1. System analysis for new requirements and design documentation
2. Pre-sales demo for new opportunities and user training
3. Delivery of what has been built by the offshore development team
4. Ensuring timely delivery and full client satisfaction
5. Identifying new opportunities for business expansion
6. Troubleshooting of issues encountered during delivery
7. Project co-ordination and project administration
