＜役割と責任＞
• プロダクト戦略とロードマップの策定
国内で展開するASRSのプロダクトを基盤に、海外市場むけのプロダクト機能ロードマップを定義し、実行します。
各ステークホルダーと連携し、各国（主に韓国）市場における法令や規制に準拠したプロダクト機能を優先順位をつけて設定し、具体的なビジネス成果、受け入れ基準、成功指標を設定します。
• フィールドエンジニアリングとプロダクト開発の橋渡し
ソリューション展開において現地の要件や運用実態を反映した機能のフィット感を検証します。
フィールドセールス、フィールドエンジニアチームと連携し、新機能の円滑な導入、トレーニング、普及を確保します。
• 市場と規制リサーチの推進
各国の市場に特化した顧客ニーズと競争環境を分析し、法規制（火災、安全、耐震要件）に基づいた実行可能な機能仕様を作成します。コンプライアンス専門家や外部機関と協力し、規制対応を行います。
• 技術統合要件の定義とパートナーとの調整
スキャナー、ラベルプリンター、ロボットアームのインターフェースを定義し、評価します。開発の負担を最小限に抑えつつ、インテグレーションのプロトタイプ（PoC）を監督し、品質を確保します。

Required Skills

（特にオートメーション、ロボティクス、産業システム分野での経験が望ましい）
• ビジネスレベルの韓国語および日本語
• 分析力、コミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダー管理能力に優れ、複雑な要件を明確なプロダクト仕様に落とし込む能力
・英語：中級レベル以上尚可
