16のブランドを運営している中で、大阪・兵庫に広く展開する「びっくりドンキー」「丸源ラーメン」部門のスタッフを募集いたします。
各店舗社員2、3名が在籍の為、安心して働けます！

【具体的には】
- オペレーション
- 食材の仕込み
- 食材の発注、在庫管理
- 店舗スタッフの教育、シフト作成など
- 売上管理などの店舗運営業務全般
※マニュアルがしっかりしているため、すぐに覚えられます。
オペレーション業務は工程ごとに分かれていますが、ローテーションで業務をこなしますので全体の業務に効率よく慣れていくことができます！
【入社後の流れ】
店舗に配属となり、店長から運営方法を学んでいただくOJTが始まります。
びっくりドンキー、丸源ラーメンを広めていくためにはどうすればいいかをしっかり考えながらの運営をお願いいたします！
