金融・決済分野のプラットフォーム提供やコンサルティングを行う企業。企業向けに決済やカード発行、キャッシュレス端末提供などを支援し、DX推進に貢献しています。また、テクノロジーを活用した新規事業開発支援も展開しています。

職務内容:
- グループ戦略の検討・整理、競争優位性の検証
- 契約締結時のリスクマネジメント（リーガル連携）
- 業務提携先等のステークホルダー対応、投資先管理
- M&A・資金調達における交渉窓口・プロジェクト推進
- 対外交渉・新規事業立ち上げ・他部署連携における事務局運営
- KPIの分析、投資案件評価・投資判断の検証、撤退基準の検証
- 財務シミュレーション、PL感応度分析
- 全社的会議体の運営、意思決定のサポート
応募要件:
- 下記いずれかの経験
‐ 事業会社における経営企画または関連業務経験
‐ コンサルティング・ファーム、投資銀行、監査法人等における経営戦略・財務戦略のサポート経験 - プロジェクトの事務局運営経験尚可
- KPI分析・財務モデリングの経験尚可
- コーポレートガバナンスに対する一定の理解尚可
