職務内容:
- 2nd lineからの保険リスク・市場リスク・資産運用リスクに伴うリスクコントロール
- フィールドテスト検証
- ESRの導入に向けた準備
- 商品開発時のリスク評価
- KRIの収集・分析
- ICIFに準拠した内部管理の支援
- PJリスク管理
- 都度発生するリスク管理業務対応等、CROをサポートして広くERMの管理推進
応募要件:
- 大卒
- 数理の経験・知識（アクチュアリー協会正会員もしくはそれに準ずる資格保有）
- 保険業界における経験
- PCスキル
- 読み書きレベルの英語力
- コミュニケーションレベルの日本語力
- 財務および統計学等の知識歓迎
- 英語環境での職務経験歓迎
- 部門横断的な職務経験歓迎
