【業務概要】
外国人技能実習生管理団体にて、インドネシア人技能実習生の通訳翻訳や生活指導業務となります。「外国人技能実習生の方々が円滑に実習を行えるように支援する」事が監理団体の役割です。日本語が不慣れなインドネシア人技能実習生達が滞りなく研修を実施する為に、受入企業・実習生に対してサポートを実施します。
【具体的な業務概要】
■技能実習生への通訳
・『インドネシア語』と『日本語』の通訳
■技能実習生の監理、生活指導
■受入れ企業への定期訪問
・生活状況の確認や必要書類のやりとり
■各国技能実習生の選考に関わる業務全般
・アジア各国へ出張に行って頂く事もあります。
■エクセルやワードを使用した資料作成等
