Job Description

We are seeking a driven Account Executive in the PLM software selling to Consumer sector. This role requires a results-driven professional who will drive sales and maintain client relationships.

Client Details

Our client is a large organization in the global leader in product lifecycle management (PLM) software with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they have established a significant presence in Tokyo and are renowned for their high-quality services and products. They have around 20 People in Japan.

Description

  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients in the Consumer sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • Account Executive experience within the Software industry.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prefer someone having experience selling PLM software
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Fluent Japanese and business English
