Position: QA/QC Manager

Salary: 80,000 – 70,000 THB
Job Summary: The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety and quality assurance within the organization. This role ensures that all products meet regulatory standards and company quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Oversee the quality control processes, including product testing and data analysis.
Train and supervise QA/QC staff to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ, ISO) is a plus.
Available to travel between Pathumthani and Bangkok.
