• 要件定義からリリースまで、フィンテックシステムに関するプロジェクトのリード
• 機能仕様の決定、WBS・予算・スケジュールの管理
• ビジネス部門、開発チーム、QAチームとの部門横断的な調整
• プロジェクト進捗の定期報告およびステークホルダーへのレポーティング
• 成果物のレビュー、ソフトウェア品質基準の遵守確認など

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fintech system projects from requirements to release
• Define functional specifications and manage WBS, budget, and schedules
• Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams across functions
• Provide regular progress updates and stakeholder reporting
• Review deliverables and ensure compliance with software quality standards

必須条件

経験・資格：

• ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのPM、またはテックリード経験5年以上
• エンタプライズ・レベルのシステム開発プロジェクトを成功に導いた実績
• 予算管理、スケジュール管理経験
• プロジェクトのリスク管理およびコストコントロール能力
• WBS作成経験、リソースプランニングの経験
• SDLCやQAの知識
• プロジェクトのリスク管理およびコストコントロール能力

語学力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：初級以上

• 金融やデジタル決済システムに関する知識
• JavaまたはPHPを用いた開発経験
• 日本の大手IT企業での実務経験

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or tech team lead in system development
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale software projects
• Skilled in budgeting, project documentation, and resource planning

• Effective communication and leadership in agile environments
• Open to feedback and responsive to change

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business level
• English: Basic level or above

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services or digital payment systems
• Background in Java or PHP-based development
• Experience in large-scale Japanese tech firms
• Proficiency in project risk planning and cost control
