主な職務内容

• インフラ関連のプロジェクトの計画立案、推進、納品（複数のPJを同時に進めること）
• 企画書・要求定義書・リリース評価書などの作成・管理
• クロスファンクショナルな社内チームや外部ベンダーとの連携調整
• ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション（会議のリード、議事録作成、進捗の共有など）
• プロジェクト予算の管理
• 品質とコンプライアンスを確保しながら、タイムリーかつコスト効率よくプロジェクトを成功に導くこと
  
  

Join Japan's largest fintech platform as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, where you'll lead mission-critical infrastructure projects supporting millions of daily transactions. Working in a dynamic, structured, and tech-forward environment, this role offers the chance to manage high-impact systems and collaborate across technical and business teams. Only applicants currently residing in Japan will be considered.

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects through planning, execution, and delivery.

• Create and maintain key project documentation including企画書, 要求定義書, and release evaluations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.

• Lead stakeholder meetings, draft minutes, and track project progress against schedules and budgets.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective execution while upholding quality and compliance standards.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• インフラ領域のITプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 企画書・要求定義書などのプロジェクト文書作成能力
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、ステークホルダーの管理実績
• 日本の就労資格

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：会話レベル（TOEIC600点以上なら尚可）

• データセンターやインフラ重視のIT環境での実務経験
• 決済システムやフィンテック関連の規制環境下でのIT業務経験
• ステークホルダーとの交渉・調整力
• 自律的に動ける方、部門横断的なプロジェクト推進力をお持ちの方

Experience:

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure.

Documentation:

• Skilled in creating企画書, 要求定義書, and related project documents.

Management Skills:

• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Language:

• Fluent Japanese (verbal and written) is essential.

• Candidates must reside in Japan and hold valid work authorization.

• English: Business level (TOEIC 600+ recommended)

• Experience in data center or infrastructure-heavy environments.

• Familiarity with payment systems, fintech platforms, or regulated IT environments.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
