- システムの運用監視やインシデント対応を行います。
シフト勤務で、バイリンガルのシステムサポートチームと協力しながらサービスを提供。
インシデントの解決やエスカレーション、進捗管理を担当。
技術的な問題や障害を迅速に特定し、解決に向けて動きます。
他の技術チームと連携し、システムのパフォーマンスを向上させます。
