Soft Skills:
Excellent business acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled in influencing stakeholders and managing through change.
Japanese: Native level
English: Intermediate to Business level (verbal and written)
Experience working in international environments or matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead in dynamic, evolving business settings.
