主な職務内容

• インフラプロジェクトのマネジメント（プランニングから納品まで）
• タイムライン、スコープ、予算の調整
• リスクや依存関係の適切な処理
• エンジニアリングチーム、ベンダー、社内ステークホルダーとの連携
• レポートやリスクアセスメントなど、主要なプロジェクト文書の作成・管理
• プロジェクトの進捗状況のモニタリング、障害を迅速に解決してスムーズな導入を実現すること

This is a HAKEN position open only to residents of Japan, ideal for a seasoned project manager looking to drive high-impact deployments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Work closely with talented engineers, vendors, and key stakeholders to shape the future of digital connectivity across Japan.

• Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects from planning to delivery

• Coordinate timelines, scope, and budget while managing risks and dependencies

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Create and maintain key project documents, including reports and risk assessments

• Monitor progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth implementation

必須条件
経験・資格：

• プロジェクトマネジメント実務経験3年以上
• ネットワークインフラまたは大規模ITプロジェクトに関わった経験や関連スキル
• ネットワーク技術およびプロトコルの基本的な知識

ソフトスキル：

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、他部署との調整能力
• とりまとめやマルチタスクが得意な方

語学力

• 日本語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2相当以上）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント資格
• アジャイル／スクラム手法でのプロジェクト管理経験
• 大規模データセンターまたはクラウドインフラ環境での業務経験
• ITILプロセスおよびベンダープロキュアメント管理に関する知識

Experience:

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management

• Background in network infrastructure and large-scale IT projects

• Solid understanding of network technologies and protocols

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-team coordination

• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

• English: Business level

• PMP or equivalent project management certification

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Exposure to large data center or cloud infrastructure environments

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and vendor procurement management
