主な職務内容
Join a leading global pharmaceutical company in Tokyo as the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Lead. In this high-impact strategic role, you'll lead commercial effectiveness initiatives that shape the success of field teams nationwide. By integrating data-driven sales analytics, performance frameworks, and advanced digital tools, you'll drive measurable impact across the commercial organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence omnichannel strategies while collaborating with senior global stakeholders.
Design and execute SFE strategies including targeting, segmentation, call planning, and territory alignment
Develop and manage performance monitoring systems and incentive schemes
Analyze field force and sales data to identify actionable improvements
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and IT to strengthen omnichannel engagement
Champion the adoption of AI, analytics platforms, and commercial digital tools
