Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Japan finance function while contributing to the senior management team
• Partner with business leaders to deliver insights and high-quality financial analysis
• Manage outsourced finance and procurement operations
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across financial functions
• Support commercial negotiations and improve revenue, margins, and data center returns
• Ensure compliance with governance, tax, statutory reporting, and project controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance related domain
• More than 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the Japan and European business culture
• Possess valid professional financial qualification
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
